salt?

so, the Kosher salt didn't give me any special effects. I tried it several times, then decided
to start fresh. It left sparkle - but thought it might harm the paper. So, that was the first painting
that I decided to scrap.  Too dark in my house to paint at night. Dark wood ceilings and mood lighting just doesn't cut it. Will have to purchase a lamp to paint with. Tonight - Tropical storm Ida blows in, so no more art today.
